Our Approach
What began as a small investment - creating a nest egg for my son with disabilities and an employment opportunity for his future - grew into a passionate mission: providing higher-end quality housing with rare amenities like saunas, hot tubs, and fully furnished communal decks at affordable prices.
Our properties are instantly recognizable by their signature style - custom-built, fully loaded IKEA PAX wardrobes, two-tone paint palettes, white and light grey cabinetry, carefully selected tile and flooring, and elevated finishes such as floor-to-ceiling windows, wainscotting, chair rails, stepped ceilings, crown mouldings, and commercial-grade glue-down vinyl flooring.
We specialize in transforming small spaces into affordable micro-studios and junior one-bedroom units, offered partially or fully furnished. Each space is designed to include all the essentials in a smaller footprint, with kitchenettes, custom IKEA PAX wardrobes, wall beds, wall desks, mounted smart TVs, custom flip-down bar-height tables, and other space-saving features that make each unit both practical and comfortable.
