What began as a small investment to build my son with disabilities a small nest egg and employment for his security, evolved into a passionate mission to provide our signature style higher-end quality housing with rare amenities like saunas, hot tubs, and fully furnished communal decks at affordable prices. You’ll know our properties, from our custom built-in fully loaded IKEA PAX wardrobes, our two-tone signature paint style and white and light grey cabinet, tile and floor colours, to our higher-end finishings, like floor length kitchens, wainscotting and chair rail, stepped ceilings and crown mouldings, etc. We specialize in renovating small spaces into affordable micro-studios and junior 1 bedroom partially/fully furnished units with kitchenettes that offer all the necessities at a smaller size, custom built IKEA PAX wardrobes and wall beds, wall desks, mounted smart TV’s, custom flip-down bar height tables and many other space saving designs making the space both usable and convenient.
